NOTE: The cancellation policies outlined below apply exclusively to bookings that have been paid for in advance using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal. If your booking was not prepaid through these methods, you don’t have to worry about refunds, just inform us in advance for cancellations.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Santorinitaxi, located in Santorini, Greece. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking or use of services.
2. Definitions
- “You” refers to the customer booking a service, rental, or tour with us.
- “Services” refers to any accommodation, tours, rentals, or related services provided by Santorini taxi.
3. General Terms
By using our website and booking services, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
4. Booking and Reservations
- Bookings can be made online through our website
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A valid credit card might be required to secure your booking (depend on payment method).
- Full payment or a deposit may be required depending on the type of service or booking.
- For bookings of tours or rental services, customer information, including name and contact details, must be provided at the time of reservation.
5. Payment and Fees
- Payments are processed securely through.
- Prices quoted are in euro and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Additional charges may apply for extra services, damage, or special requests.
- Any changes to the booking may incur an additional fee.
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations within 24 hours before the service.
- For no-shows, the total amount of the booking will be charged.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within business days.
7. Modifications and Changes to Reservations
- Changes to bookings can be made up to 1 day before the scheduled service.
- Availability is not guaranteed for modifications, and additional fees may apply.
- If we need to modify or cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.
8. Conduct and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your behavior while using our services.
- Any damage to property, accommodation, or vehicles caused by you may result in additional charges.
- Please respect the local culture, laws, and customs while in Santorini.
- We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during your stay or participation in tours or activities.
9. Liability and Insurance
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover potential risks such as cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost property.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your transfer or participation in tours.

11. Force Majeure
